  Among the possibilities:

  1. You're not connected to recruiters -- or many other people.

  2. You don't have a profile photo -- or your photo is blurry, outdated, or otherwise not selling you well.

  3. Your headline is boring -- or full of typos.

  Sixty-four percent of recruiters say they only use LinkedIn as a recruiting tool, so if you're not on the network or not using it to its full potential, you're missing out.
